Legal Professionals Union (LPU) represents an opportunity for lawyers, paralegals and support staff to take collective action and make improvements in their workplace and their careers.

Legal Professionals Union (LPU) is an affiliate of IFPTE, who has been at the forefront of legal organizing for decades, helping thousands of legal professionals across sectors and across the country form unions and negotiate strong contracts. Being part of a union specializing in professionals allows us to draw on best practices and proposals from contracts from around the country, as well as adding our unique perspective!
